Introduction
Welcome to Groupe CH Maintenance. By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to the use of our services and any contract between you and Groupe CH Maintenance.
1. Definitions
Client: Refers to the individual or organization engaging Groupe CH Maintenance for cleaning services.
Service: Refers to the residential cleaning services provided by Groupe CH Maintenance.
Company: Refers to Groupe CH Maintenance, its employees, and representatives.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Initial Booking: Services can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email.
Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once the Client receives a confirmation email or call from the Company.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid charges. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 125,00$.
3. Payment Terms
Rates: Service rates are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change. The Client will be informed of any rate changes before the commencement of the service.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Late Payments: Any late payments may incur a late fee and may result in a suspension of services until the outstanding balance is paid.
4. Scope of Work
Service Details: The Company will provide cleaning services as detailed in the booking confirmation. Any additional services required by the Client will be subject to additional charges.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time and ensure that there is adequate running water and electricity. Any valuable or fragile items should be properly secured or removed from areas where the service will be conducted.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints
Satisfaction Guarantee: If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they should contact the Company within 24 hours. The Company will address the concern as outlined in our Refund and Non-Satisfaction Policy.
Complaints: Complaints must be made within 24 hours of the service date for the Company to undertake a review and propose a resolution.
6. Liability and Insurance
Insurance: The Company is fully insured and bonded for any damages or accidents that may occur during the provision of services.
Liability: The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that arises from the Client’s failure to disclose potential hazards or conditions in the premises that could affect the performance of the services.
Breakages and Damages: Any breakages or damages caused by the Company’s staff must be reported to the Company within 24 hours. The Company reserves the right to replace or repair the damage or provide compensation at its discretion.
7. Termination
Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the service agreement at any time with 24 hours' notice. Any deposits or prepayments will be subject to the Company's cancellation policy.
Termination by Company: The Company may terminate the service agreement without notice if the Client breaches any of these terms and conditions or if the working environment is deemed unsafe for the Company’s staff.
8. Confidentiality
Client Information: The Company will keep all Client information confidential and will not disclose any such information without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Amendments: The Company reserves the right to update and revise these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
10. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Province/State], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Province/State].
